Hello there, I’m glad you’re here, and that you are curious to find out how to receive fullness of life and truly thrive – spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally – in ALL areas of your life!

First, I would like to share a scripture passage with you:

“In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.”                     (1 John 4:9-10, English Standard Version)

What does the word ‘sin’ mean? This, simply, means missing a mark, like an archer shooting an arrow and it misses the bulls eye. It means doing things that are wrong in God’s eyes as well as not doing the things that He has commanded us to do (e.g., to truly love our neighbor and others around us as ourselves, to love our enemies, and to love God with all our hearts, minds and souls). If we are honest with each other and ourselves, we have ALL committed sins and fallen short of God’s standards for us. As a result, there are consequences to these sins that must be dealt with, such as an eternal separation from God and all that is good and light (after physical death).

Yet, though God is a holy and just God who detests sin, He still loves us deeply and desires to bring us back into relationship with Himself. But there is the weight of our sins which need to be dealt with. That’s where the word ‘propitiation’ comes in. Propitiation means simply taking on the consequences of our sins on our behalf. God sent Jesus Christ into this world. Jesus willingly took on the punishment that we deserved (for our sins) on our behalf through suffering and dying for us on the cross. Then He was resurrected and rose from the grave after 3 days, to show his victory over physical death!

This gift of grace is something that anyone, in any circumstance can receive. To receive fullness of life, a new reconciled relationship with God and TRULY THRIVE, you just need to humbly receive Jesus into your heart, and give your life and heart to Christ. It starts with a simple prayer:

“Dear Lord, I am a sinner and I need your forgiveness. I believe that You died on the cross to pay the penalty for my sin. You did what I could not do for myself, and in humility I accept your gift of grace. Help me to live a life that is pleasing to you.”

That’s it! If you have prayed this prayer and would like to know the next step you should take, PLEASE get in touch with me at contact@dietitianmom.com. I would love to hear from you and walk you through the next steps in your renewed life!
